  We go to this store almost every day. Most times it’s trouble free. Sometimes the food comes out a bit slow, but that’s not a problem. The blonde haired lady is usually very friendly and so are most of the other staff. But today we got told NOT come back to this location. All because I asked a question about the tip. We normally use the mobile app. But that phone was flat and had to use tap. Is telling people not to come back really a good idea for a business that’s in the service industry. I ask you. Yes I will be calling corporate !!!

  I come two the four times a week to get an iced coffee refill as I have a dunkin' donuts tumbler with no issues. I have now came three times on the weekend where they made the iced coffee in a cup and then dumped it into my Tumblr leaving all of the cream, sugar and flavor that I chose on the bottom of the plastic container being thrown into the trash. What's even the point of bringing a refill cup if they are going to throw away my cream and sugar as well as the plastic cup I was trying to save?

  Don’t waste your time going here, every single time they have some excuse for why they can’t make my order or I’ll have to wait 15-20 minutes for a croissant and hash browns .

  Asked for an everything bagel 4 times in my ordering experience and got a plain bagel I work in food industry and really try to understand but I can’t defend this one

  Very clean and peaceful atmosphere. The service is excellent 👌 the staff is both friendly and professional. I sincerely recommend it to the general public to come over and enjoy great food and great service.
