  This Dunkin was pretty good. It was clean, donuts were good and staff was nice.

  I usually come to this Dunkin' often by myself or with friends, but this morning I had a terrible experience with one of their employees, which makes me wonder about going back. After ordering my food through the drive thru early in the morning, I pull around to a Blonde Young Lady helping out the window. From the start, she seemed like she did not want to be there and didn’t say much. When my drink came out, it looked different than what was advertised, so I simply asked to double check. I got a giant “WHAT” a million times in my face like she couldn’t be bothered to help me one bit. Since it was a newer item on the menu, as well to me, I went on the app to double check it was the drink I ordered, as I start to look up I can see her laughing with a girl next to her, making me not feel valued as a costumer. After confirming it was the right drink, just the wrong base, I told her I thought I ordered it with Lemonade and not Green Tea, and she couldn’t care less and did not want to help me. Wrong substitution has happened to me in the past and it’s usually a quick and easy fix. This worker made me extremely uncomfortable and question my return back to this location.

  Asked for less ice on the refresher and they said it wasn't allowed even tho it's an option on the screen and every other Dunkin and the bacon was disgusting the grease smelled like it's been there for days I couldn't eat the meal not going to this one again

  Hello, I wanted to share my experience from your location on April 3rd around 11:00 am. We asked to add just two donuts to our order at the window, but the employee at the window responded in a very rude and unhelpful way, which was disappointing. We felt the service was not up to the usual standards, and it’s unfortunate because it made us decide not to return. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future. She was a young girl with blonde hair.

  Refrain from this specific Dunkin’ & go at YOUR OWN risk of getting gypped. Not sure if this an ALL Dunkin’ Donuts thing but THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION has always had attitude problems and drink problems. I always get gypped & this is the last time. I used to go years before and had the same issue. I should’ve known better. My mistake. I decided it’s been a year or two since I went last & thought “They have to have a new staff by now so let’s try this again - benefit of the doubt - it’s been sometime since my last bad experience”. Well.. WRONG. Same issues. NOTHING’S CHANGED. I thought it was a one off thing when I went back and now the last 3-4 times nope, it’s absolutely THIS SPECIFIC STORE “thing”. The level of their pours get lower and lower as I visit and do my pick-ups. Like what is this? It’s a complete joke last visit. At this rate I feel like it’s a game for them until they expect me to ask “what the world is this it’s missing the entire top” and they making bets how long it’ll take me to explode. I have no doubt if I kept going back they would try me with half a drink and charge the full price. That’s how childlike they are. Children work there at this point. They need to replace this entire Dunkin’ building at the point and put something that will actually give people happy interactions than walking in and the girls just stand and stare at you the entire time you walk to pick up your online mobile order. I’m sorry am I bothering ya’ll I don’t get it. I say nothing the entire time when I come in so I’m not sure why the blank stares are happening nor why are you looking at me like I’m making a scene I just go in and grab my order. What am I doing to bother or inconvenience you.
