- APadrianna palmer6 days ago2.0I love to go here before school sometimes, but usually the service is not very good. The drinks and food are good, but the staff will ignore you if you are sitting at the counter, I’ve had to wait 10 minutes many times. I feel like 10 minutes is long to wait to order your food, especially being at a fast food restaurant. They prioritize the drive-through which I understand but they ignore everybody else that needs to take their order. Also, the staff is simply rude. I have gone in the morning and in the afternoon and in the morning, the staff seems miserable. It seems like they’re upset that they get no tips, but they are so rude to their customers. There’s no surprise. If you come in with more than 2 people be prepared to wait.

- RERAMIN ESKMar 15, 20261.0I’m not trying to be picky, but lately the quality of this place has gone down. Usually after 4 PM they don’t have the items I want. Today I went to buy 5 glazed chocolate munchkins and 2 glazed chocolate donuts, plus a Snack-n-Bacon and a hot chai. They brought my order incorrectly, and I was charged $24 for something that shouldn’t have cost even $8. A girl came to try to fix the mistake, but she seemed a bit confused, and since there was a line behind me, I told her to forget it and I left. I also tried calling many times today, but nobody answered the phone. The service at this place Lutz N Dale Mabry is a little unprofessional.
