  The food is typical chili fil a. But you can't order ahead anymore. Even on the app you have to wait for them to make your food in the car line.

  Five stars for Lily at Chick-fil-A! Lily was incredibly polite and made the whole experience better from start to finish. She greeted us warmly, was patient while taking our order, and had such a friendly, professional attitude the entire time. Great customer service like that really stands out, and Lily made us feel genuinely welcomed. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have someone so kind and attentive on their team.

  The new drive thru with the app lane works amazing. We placed our order pulled up scaned our app and pulled right up to the pick up window. We lept 9 other cars waiting in the other 2 ordering lanes. We have not eaten inside this location as of yet but the staff in the drive thru were pleasant as always.

  I come here often and they’re generally great. I love the mobile thru line and the staff is always nice. The main reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because I always mobile order, which means I always put the exact number of sauces that I want/need on my order. I’d say they get it right about 85% of the time. It’s not always, but often enough to have noticed that they seem to not always pay attention to the count. If I notice this change in the coming months I will definitely edit the review. Edit: I had to lower it a star rating because even though they’re kind with service, this is the third or fourth time I order a fruit cup and they don’t include silverware. Nobody wants to eat mandarin orange slices and cut strawberries with their fingers. I shouldn’t have to check for basic needs before leaving but now I’m going to have to every time, and I hate that.

  Purchased two gift cards they gave me the cards without any activation receipts then I went home the receipts don’t match the card then I called up there. The girl put me on hold for 10 minutes. Never came back. I had to drive all the way up to the store these young kids are taking your money giving you blank cards and of course you’re not gonna notice it if you don’t look at the activation papers called about 10 times left messages. I had to drive all the way up there to get it taken care of.
