- KOKenneth OlanMar 15, 20262.0Wanted a quart but they were out of the prepackaged and also out of the quart container to get it hand made...I asked since they were out if he can do 2 pints to make it in to a quart but he wanted to charge it separately. He could have ask a manager on duty to either discount the pints price to make it like to the quart price in the name of customer satisfaction... apparently the inventory was more important than having good customer rating... Disappointed 😞

- HMhazzelei mauldinDec 12, 20251.0I go here regularly for my drink in the morning, this was a first to get treated like trash, and when I asked the girl with purple hair her name she said “i don’t have to give you my name” mind you she had no name tag and even getting my receipt was insane… she looked PAST me and ignored me while I waved and said ma’am can I please get your name and my receipt… They need to retrain their employees, and make sure they are professional when speaking to guests. So so rude. They lost me as a costumer that’s for sure. Receipt said the name Carmen but I doubt that’s the name of the girl at the window who had the purple hair.

It was my very first time having a banana split in about eight years, and it was also his very first time ever making one — and let me tell you, he absolutely nailed it. I was so impressed that I literally sat in my car in the parking lot and ate the entire banana split before even driving off. It was that good. Every detail was perfect, and you could tell he really cared about getting it right. I actually went back inside just to ask for his name because great work deserves recognition. Gilvan was polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Baskin-Robbins needs more employees like him. Outstanding

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
