  I'm gluten free and thought id give papa John's a try, you know the whole " better ingredients, better pizza" thing, well you guys need to learn to make gluten-free pizza! The whole pizza tasted like you were eating paper! The crust had no flavor and was half cooked, soggy and gross! Won't make that mistake again. You can have the better ingredients, but if you don't know how to properly put the pizza together and cook it right the better ingredients just wind up making the whole pizza taste like water!

  I have been a Papa John's customer for a while now, but after today's experience, I feel compelled to finally speak up. This visit was the last straw in a string of ongoing issues at this location. The pizza arrived soggy — not just slightly undercooked, but noticeably wet and limp in a way that made it nearly inedible. The dough had a strange, off-putting taste, almost as if it had been mixed with unclean water or prepared on an unsanitary surface. That alone is deeply concerning from a food safety standpoint. To make matters worse, the pizza was paper-thin in several spots — and I have photos to prove it. This was not the quality I expect from Papa John's. Honestly, it looked and tasted more like a frozen box pizza you'd find at a budget buffet, not something I paid full price for from a national chain. This is not an isolated incident at this location. On previous visits, they forgot my toppings entirely — not once, but multiple times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept coming back, hoping things would improve. They have not. Papa John's markets itself on quality ingredients and a superior pizza experience. What I received today was a far cry from that promise. I am formally filing this complaint because customers deserve better — and frankly, I deserve better for the price I paid. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the consistency and cleanliness issues at this location before more customers have the same experience.

  Order special pizza deal with drink. Driver came late and delivered someone else order. Had to call comp and spoke with whoever was in charge on shift to contact Driver towards this craziness. The good outcome, was able to keep the messed up order and the correct order.😀

  I waited for an order and luckily Jacob knew I was waiting because someone took off with her so he made it me my own pizza to go on a Sunday night when they're already closed he is amazing no Papa John's needs to make him run this place!

  First ever bad papa john's pizza from this location. They just dump saise and ingredients however they like.😮‍💨
