After being quoted 3 different prices, I waited nearly 90 minutes for the order only to find it left outside on the concrete, covered in ants, no phone call, no knock, no ring despite a Ring camera and gate access. When I called, the employee informed me that they use DoorDash and she kept saying I’m so sorry, sorry won’t feed these kids … She refused to give her name and hung up on me so I got in my car and drove to the store, only to see my neighbor there for the same reason her order was also wrong. The acting manager refused to give me the general manager’s name and offered me a replacement and dessert with attitude as if that solved anything. I couldn’t trust her attitude, so what made her think that I was gonna trust this food handed over to me!!! A waste of time, poor communication, very poor service, poor management, and zero accountability.
