It was bad enough that another customer told me I should report her to corporate. Hopefully she can change her attitude and lighten up!

The main one is they forget to put cold foam on the one, and the other only gets 1 cream and 1 sugar and they always put too much cream and sugar. We drink coffee every day and know how it should look when they hand it to us. It never looks the same 2 days in a row. The amount of waste at that store has to be tremendous. I now avoid that store. The 2 in Royal Palm are a night and day difference from this store. Even going at 7 at night when there is no one else there and both drinks were wrong. Someone needs to get this store up to par!
