  we waited over 20 minutes from the time of ordering to the time of our food being served. i ordered a chocolate peanut butter oreo milkshake, which i have gotten from other locations. a sandwich with only lettuce, fries, and three corn dogs. the only thing that we got after our 20 minute wait that was actually to order was the corn dogs. the fries were ice cold, the sandwich had mayonnaise on it, and the milkshake was very obviously WHITE and vanilla even tho our receipt said it was supposed to be chocolate. we waited 20 more minutes for them to remake our food. they apparently don’t serve CHOCOLATE ice cream here. if you want an actual chocolate milkshake and some warm food, find a different sonic.

  The drinks are great. This restaurant needs additional employees. The wait time is rather unbearable at times. The employees are doing the best they can.

  NEVER order online ! it's ALWAYS messed up as well as i never get my sauces , i have called them before to remind them , still no sauces & my orders are never correct , let alone i will ask the delivery driver for sauces & they say the workers put it in the bag & i don't expect the drivers to check ofc bc how hard is it ? i've done the job , managed people doing the job , i get it gets busy sometimes but 11 out of 10 times i order its wrong & poor quality customer service , the workers are AWFUL . went for fries one night just fries , lady sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes in front of me they kept giving her a bag and messing it up and she kept handing it back 4 times this happened ... and i saw a smaller male shoved his finger so far up his nose it hard to touch his brain & at that i left because DISGUSTING !!!

  Stop in Saturday night 4-11-2026 around 7:00. First off the online orders have to stop or a better system it took almost 30min to get our food. Ordered 3 meals all 3 sandwiches were wrong but only wanted one fixed. Came out WRONG again. The staff was clearly stressed trying to get all the orders plus take out orders done. Very disappointed and money well wasted!!!!

  We won't be back. It's a 50/50 chance you will a) get the food you ordered, b) that it's cooked properly. The first time we went was absolutely fine, but the last two times were terrible. On our last visit we had a pickup time but it was 20 minutes later they brought the food out. When we got it home, the burger was still pink inside. The burger also was full of melted cheese on an order we said no cheese to, due to allergies. When we called to let them know and see if we can get it changed, they hung up. Called again and the next person passed the phone to someone else who really had no interest and said to stop in to pick up vouchers. No thanks. We won't be back to this location.
