  The lady was very angry like she didn't have any help and was busy. The dough was so flat not light fluffy like it usually is. Didn't have the right toppings on it.

  The app won’t take payment so I called the store. I’m annoyed because the person working the phone couldn’t take the most basic order. I wanted a large extra cheese. She repeated my order back to me “ok sir, extra large NY style…” She may have been sick and her head wasn’t in the game but I couldn’t make it more simple. I would have tipped 35% even with the bad service because this job sucks. If you can’t order through the app and the people on the phone are no help…what are we doing here?

  Get more workers. I showed up 30 minutes after I placed my order, then had to sit in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. There was only 1 person working. I would have cancelled my order but no one even addressed me the entire time I was here.
