  Used the drive thru around 8am Sunday. Pulled in on the left, did not receive service. Someone pulled in on the right and received service. We thought the speaker on our side may have been broken so we backed up and moved to the other lane. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich. Was told we cannot order a sandwich, we can only order a number. Asked for a number 8 which is just a chicken biscuit. So then they ask if we want the combo and suddenly we're right back to square one ordering a sandwich not a number. NINE DOLLARS AND CHANGE for two of the McSaddest, McDriest, overcooked chicken biscuits and terrible service. As a traveler, I'm 100% done with McDonald's. Never again. It's not fast, and it's barely food. Sorry to the poorly trained staff who are being held to such awful standards that they're not allowed to communicate with customers using words. Wekiva island was gorgeous, but don't stop here for a quick bite.

  for my family. We live a little far out, so I decided to drive there since this is the nearest location to us. We don’t use DoorDash or Uber Eats because by the time it arrives, the food is usually cold — that’s exactly what we try to avoid. That’s also why I always ask for my food to be cooked to order. I don’t mind waiting extra time if it means everything will be fresh and hot. I politely said, “Can I please get it cooked to order? I appreciate it.” I was told yes, of course. I waited 5–10 minutes, assuming everything was being made fresh. When I opened the bag, the fries and nuggets were cold. The only thing hot was the burger patty. That’s extremely disappointing, especially after specifically asking for fresh food and driving there to avoid getting cold food in the first place. If something can’t be made fresh, just be honest. Customers appreciate honesty more than being told what they want to hear. This experience makes it hard to want to return. I will be filling a complaint with a manager.

  Still a great place to get breakfast or lunch. This restaurant has a very good staff, fast service, clean facility and still pretty good food!

  Staff had very poor hygiene. Filthy fingernails, no undergarments.. dirty uniforms, staff appearance was not compliant with health standards.

  It’s actually insane how long we had to wait and there was barely anyone in the drive thru or main lobby. The guy running wasn’t rude necessarily but kept doing things to make it more inconvenient for us when we asked for simple things like sauce and to get a to go bag. I’ve worked at McDonald’s so I’m not trying to flame anyone but man was this a disappointment Chillis is cheaper and faster I recommend over this every time
