They usually get it right on the 3rd try (easy order, biggie bag) & app doesn't have or is hard to find to leave a complaint or request refund for food screwed up

I had shredded my receipt, so I had no proof, my bad I suppose, and after taking time from my lunch today, stopping in person to explain the situation, thr least they could do was comp the sandwich for customer service, but no she was not willing to help, I explained to her, this mistake you guys provided, wouldn't make it right, was a big waste of my time! Do better next time!
