    We pulled up for our lunch break was told 15 minutes to get our food 20 minutes later we were told that it was just being made when I was asked for a refund because we didn’t even have time to eat anymore, I was told that the $130 order ahead of us was more important, so I am glad that my money is of equal value.The lady who was waiting prior to us said she’d waited 30 minutes and her food was brought to her cold. Also whoever the manager is needs to work on her customer service. Just because someone asks for a refund doesn’t mean you need to get ugly with them.

    Ordered a coke and a toffee bites after waiting almost 40 minutes n being told my order was coming everything the guy came out I had to call the restaurant and ask where my stuff is and they r like o sry we dont even have the bites but we'll send ur drink out or give u some tots or fries w it. I finally get my drink n tots after like 45 min n the drink is wrong had to call the restaurant to get them to come back out n give me the right drink. One other couple settin outside had to wait 45 mins for 2 meals so crazy

    This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had going to a sonic and I don’t know that I’ll be coming back to this location. I placed a small order and as I’m sitting here it has now been 30 minutes and no answers on to what’s taking so long as it’s only been me and 2 other cars. My fiance gave up on being patient and went inside to find all the employees hiding in the back playing on their phones along with everyone’s orders who had been waiting because no one wanted to run them outside. In addition to this we also witnessed an employee taking tips from delivery drivers for food and drinks. This was the most unprofessionally run sonic I’ve ever been to

    I live nearby and frequent this restaurant. Food is always good, staff is always polite, but daaaaaaaaang is this place slow. I think on average it's about a 20 minute wait for food if after 5pm, and the longest I've waited was close to 45 minutes because I was sandwiched in the drive thru. Don't come here unless you have at least an hour.

    Worst service ever...I've noticed a significant decline in this Sonic I've been coming there for over 20yrs..now they can't keep any staff the service is horrible...its empty, I've seen what little employees they have just sitting outside on the benches because they dont have customers. I've still been trying to come because I do enjoy their slushies. I only order 1 slushie and I've ordered this same slushie for 10yrs now...I get a strawberry lemonade slushie with the NATURAL LEMONADE, I go today to try to order the same one I always order and the lady at the drive thru argued me down that they dont do that I asked her since when because its the only one I order she begins to be very argumentative, rude and condinsending about it...I wouldn't of specifically asked for it if I've never gotten it before...I told her never mind since she didn't know she proceeds to tell me shed the GENERAL MGR and she does know...so if thats the behavior of a GENERAL MGR hired by Sonic then now I see why this location cant keep employees or customers. It's not my fault the GERNERAL MGR has to work drive thru because there are no employees...I'm just a paying customer trying to get service...but I will NEVER spend another dime there!!!
