I look and there nobody in the drive thru. After 12 minutes of waiting the lady pops her head out of the drive thru window and YELLS for me to back up and come to the drive thru window..... McDonald's needs to get it together dude.

I had asked the lady when I got up to the register why she had charged me in two separate orders because you can order as a value combo for $19 and she charged me $22 instead of changing it in the POS, she told me that the combo didn’t exist while I waited for my food in a parking spot. I looked it up and seen it right on their app lazy and uneducated cashier Costing people more money than they should be just because they don’t care enough about their job poor management.
