  I ordered 20pc nuggets and 2 medium fries with 3 honey mustards from 290 N Hwy 17 And 92, Longwood, FL 32750 .I noticed it allowed me to order more honey mustard through the condiment section as it allowed me to order at $0 so i added 6 more since my 5 yr old boy loves their honey mustard. I picked up the order and when I got home their was 0 Honey Mustard not even the 3 the meal came with let alone the additional 6. My wife drove back to Mcdonalds to get the honey mustard where the “Store Manager” said they put 4 in the bag and would only give 2 more. Remind you we are talking about Honey Mustard and 0 were in the bag to the point my 5 year old went to bed because he didnt want anything else. Eventually they gave my wife the Honey Mustard as this must come from their paycheck but no sorry or apology that we had to drive back to get any condiments. Also they gave me 8 instead of 9 that i purchased .

  Eight times in a row I’ve gone here and gotten subpar food since the new ownership has taken over this last time. My food was even smashed to pieces in the wrapper this time (the had to remake the order because they got it wrong). Just go to the other McDonald’s that corporate runs

  Waited in drive through for 20 minutes with multiple other vehicles in curbside pick up. They kept taking orders and backing everything up. Food was cold One person bringing food out Two people standing around inside doing nothing but waiting on food to cook

  I got to the speaker I said 2 times the same order a mccheicken meal with the coke Silence not response the girl goes and takes the order for speaker number 2 Not 1 car but 3 Comes back to me I ordered Mc chicken meal n with the coke I go to the window I repeat myself to make sure they charge the right thing but they proceed on charging the wrong order Girls on the cashier started fighting and then they decide to get a manager Manager comes in I tell him the same thing He decides to charge small meal Hosts worst McDonald I have been.

  Monday 8:12pm, tall dark skin male manager, middle of i guess you would call a rush and he’s just laughing and making jokes. We were inline for over 10+ minutes waiting to see if they would acknowledge us, No sign of productivity, its not the first time, im not sure why he’s managing night shift. Everyone is loud and making jokes not making taking their job serious as a “Fast” food establishment. Nothing fast about this place!!!
