The same employee gave me a drink that was very light, as if it was missing both the standard amount of espresso and the extra shot I paid for. This is disappointing and makes me feel like I’m not getting what I ordered. If this continues, it may cost you a loyal customer.

Unfortunately, every time I have gone to this store, the staff has been extremely rude OR so uninterested in their job. It’s as if you are disturbing them by stopping by— I’m talking eye-rolling, huffing and puffing, and just a generally unwelcoming attitude, which is super unfortunate. As far as food quality goes, a regular cup of coffee should be pretty basic but their coffee is weak. Donuts have been alright. Lastly, let’s talk atmosphere— this store has been dealing with a knocked down pillar for quite some time, which is quite the eye sore because it give the impression that the place is run down… not to mention the super unsafe vibe from the sketchy parking lot.
