    IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD ! First off , just want to start off by saying you should not be in the service industry if you are not able to handle it ! When customers are in no way, shape or form rude to you and you off the bat have an attitude , you should not be allowed to be dealing with any customers face to face . We placed an online order and I am not sure who we even spoke to but whoever was working the chipotlane at 8:45pm on Wednesday Feb 25th , they need to be taught some respect and learn how to treat customers with kindness . I have never been spoken to by anyone at chipotle in the way this man thought he was able to speak to a customer who was kindly asking for rice without cilantro . ITS NOT AN OPTION ONLINE . so i called and was on hold for quite some time and while my girlfriend is in the line waiting he’s stating she picked it up and he already made while she was watching him make it and place in the bag . So instead of kindly doing what was requested which would take about two more seconds of his day , he made it as it is . He could have respectfully declined and I would have accepted however the rudeness and attitude I received was very uncalled for . I pray for you .

    Great experience except queso was brown on the line not the normal white so we skipped it.

    This was my first time at this chipotle and I can honestly say I will not be returning to this location, especially after also seeing other people’s reviews was consistent with my experience. The skimpy bowls were not worth the price point at all and the service was very unprofessional and immature. I love chipotle though and will still frequent other locations close to my house.

    We placed an online order on December 29 At 10:05 PM, not only was the order not ready at the estimated pick up time but The order was completely incorrect. We ordered a chicken and it was split into two different bowls for some reason with the wrong toppings and like seven pieces of lettuce on one of them. and steak bowl was missing toppings didn’t even have a proper full single scoop of the toppings that were in the bowl. neither of them were labeled properly. It was completely underfilled. It was missing toppings, and the quality of the food was horrible. I received an incorrect order, Small portions, Poor food quality, the restaurant was out of ingredients and had slow service.
