- IBIyanna Brown6 days ago5.0I came in today and got a bowl of the new chicken Al pastor and had Carla the manager help me out with cashing out and she is the best she reminded me to use my rewards which was super helpful and I also heard her call out to subordinate staff to change their gloves and wash their hands during “happy hour” she called it ? Idk the correct terminology but I do know she’s leading her staff in the right direction and I love coming to this location because of it!!!

Almost all of the food containers on the serving line were empty, and the ones that weren’t were scraped down to the bottom. The food was overcooked, especially the beans. The portion they put in my bowl was extremely small. Never in all the times I’ve visited Chipotle have I eaten with such disappointment. Even though there were only two people in line, it took more than 15 minutes to place my order. Of the three employees working, one of them kept walking around and doing nothing, while the two girls were practically doing everything — and when I say everything, I mean the little that was actually getting done. Overall, the place looked bad. The tables were not clean, even though it was practically empty. The food was in very poor condition — and by “food,” I mean the very little that was actually available. Almost all of the serving containers were empty, and the few that had anything left only had small amounts of overcooked food sitting at the bottom. It truly felt like I was being served scraps. On top of that, the portion they gave me was extremely small. I will never visit that location again.
