  It's too bad that Google limits us at 5 stars. This location, our server Destinee in particular, is absolutely deserving of 10 stars out of five. We came in as a party of about 14 for my Grand Aunt's 95th birthday and had the best time. It's not easy to manage a table of 14 in addition to a full section, but Destinee and the rest of the staff made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Give Destinee a raise, because she gets it. With the restaurant business as competitive as it is, it's the Destinees that you employ that will keep you head & shoulders above the rest. We will be back again soon. Thank you!

  The hostess, Cody, made us feel we were inconveniencing her. She seemed unhappy, did not want to accommodate us and initially thought we should go somewhere else. I have never experienced this at Bonefish. Very disappointed; however, our server was great!

  I had a great experience at Bonefish Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out in a timely manner. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a nice lunch or dinner. A special thank you to Michael, our waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. His customer service truly made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend asking for Michael if you visit!

  Now i usually don’t do this but I decided to just because of the outcome. I have ordered from here many times and our company has even gotten food delivered for our staff on occasions and we have never had a problem. Today, and I know it’s the holiday, was the latter. My wife ordered our food and I picked it up, very nice people up front and a bit of a wait, no problem until I got home and I was missing an entree. I called and went back to pick it up and was treated very well and they even gave me a gift card for having to come back. But once I got home the food was not even close to how it should have been which was very upsetting. I took the food back and was met with by a manager with a bunch of passive excuses and almost sounding like I was wrong and being a bother. As I was leaving a gentleman came from the dining room and stopped me. He apologized almost too much and seemed very sincere about it even getting me to laugh. As he walked me to my car and just really being pleasant the manager came up again to speak to me and without losing eye contact the nice guy just kind of motion him away. I sent this not wanting anything just to let you know that their is a right way and a wrong way to handle things and some people got it and some don’t. If I had left before that employee got a chance to stop me and make everything right I would have never went back and told everyone about it. Now I’m gonna go back just because he asked me to and gave his word it was going to be a million times better. We shook hands and I left. He obviously should be in management because his people skills and guest service was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name but when I told him I was writing in he told me his job was to make sure I left satisfied with a smile on my face and made me promise to give them another try. Amazing and I certainly will.

  Sat at the bar on a Monday been hearing so many great things about the martini Monday special, took a while but was greeted by Timonthy the bartender who made amazing drinks, great convo & great customer service his fellow co worker Amanda or Samantha at the bar however was extremely unwelcoming she was doing closing work 2 hours prior with a full bar, literally didn’t speak to me and my boyfriend not once water was low and didn’t even ask for a refill but kept coming by the end of the bar which we where at but as soon as another older couple of a different race came she greeted then, and gave them service that we unfortunately didn’t receive. Which made the experience super unwelcoming, thankful for the service from Tim. Please get a more friendly bartender.
