  This is my last time eating at this disgusting place. I found a bug in my food today!!! the lettuce was spoiled and the food was sloppy per usual. I am done giving chipotle my money. The employees are always rude and the place is ALWAYS dirty.

  This Chipotle store is a hot mess. .I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. Tonight at 10pm, 1 hour before the store closes, there was barely any food. The staff was skimping on the meat cause there was nothing left. I have no I have no clue why they were cleaning the grill and shutting it down when there was a whole bunch of people wanting to eat. And you had no meats available. The staff looked exhausted and ready to just be over with and close early. I've never had this issue with the Chipotle over in Altamonte Springs. Very unprofessional. Won't be coming back here again.

  Cold and stale burrito. Glad our money pays you yet we get cold and stale food . Wasn’t even ready when we got there then you “remade it”.

  Day I had a much-needed lunch at the Spine establishment. It was very busy however there was a very weak employee behind the counter. I’m not sure what her name is. She was wearing glasses. She even got me a lid for my food when she was on break and smiled and was pleasant the entire side she maintained peace among employees when things are hectic and have everyone at an even feel I had a pleasant lunch and food was great and this young lady smile spoke for this restaurant..

  The staff last night was so rude. I stopped in to get my daughter a bowl. There was a very nice older couple in front of me. The girl making his food was one of the rudest people I've meet in a while at a restaurant. They were out of a lot of items on the line and this was only 8pm. The older gentlemen simply asked her for some grilled veggies and she said we're out. He pointed over to the prep station and said what about those over. She was so rude and replied obviously it's not cooked and won't be for a while. She made my bowl and just threw the ingredients into the bowl without the right portion of meat. I asked for more meat and she said that's right portion. I get this for my kids all the time and it certainly was not. This person definitely hates her job. I would recommend paying her more so she can have a better attitude or hire the right amount of people to make the customer experience better. Your restaurant was filthy, and your staff obviously didn't care. Do better.
