I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and somehow they managed to give me a quesadilla filled with steak and the craziest part? There was absolutely no cheese at all. A quesadilla… with no cheese. When I went back to the counter and politely explained the mistake, they refused to remake it. Instead of fixing something they clearly did wrong, they acted rude and dismissive, like it was somehow my fault. I even showed them their own website to prove what the item is supposed to come with, and they still didn’t care. I ended up having to take the steak out myself just to even try to eat it, but it was basically just a dry tortilla at that point. No steak, no cheese nothing close to what I ordered. The lack of basic quality control and the way I was treated was honestly unacceptable. If you can’t make a simple quesadilla correctly or take responsibility for a mistake, that’s a serious problem. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration. if I could put no stars, I would.
- IBIyanna BrownFeb 27, 20265.0I came in today and got a bowl of the new chicken Al pastor and had Carla the manager help me out with cashing out and she is the best she reminded me to use my rewards which was super helpful and I also heard her call out to subordinate staff to change their gloves and wash their hands during “happy hour” she called it ? Idk the correct terminology but I do know she’s leading her staff in the right direction and I love coming to this location because of it!!!
