We enjoy the fattier pieces and they give you the option of lean or moist brisket which is great for us because we get to pick what we like. The meat is so good that I didn’t use any sauces and just ate the sandwich and another side of brisket! One of my children doesn’t like BBQ but they also have an all beef hot dog that we loved! They are always consistent as well from location to location. We have never had anything that wasn’t delicious here. This location had a great staff that was friendly and helpful for us. The building had plenty of space to sit and enjoy and a cool outside area to sit as well. It is currently our favorite bbq in central Florida!
