The third McDonald's we stopped at from our trip back to New Orleans. This one was a winner good old fashioned McDonald's hot salty fries!!

Never have I been to a McDonalds this bad. Food was overall ok they had messed up some of the sandwiches we had ordered quarter pounders and deluxe crispy. None of them were made right deluxe crispy didn’t even have lettuce. They had put pickles instead quarter pounders never had flavored onions and they’re supposed to come with it, we were also missing fries in our order and they were being rude about it. Workers and place was nasty the workers just yell at customers don’t have respect towards them. We had did a kiosk order to eat inside they don’t do table service. They don’t clean their lobby. Tables were all sticky and didn’t offer to clean them. I’ve been working for McDonald’s for the past five years already and this has been the worst I have ever been at a manager, this is unacceptable at a location.

I placed an online mobile order for two McCafé drinks. That was all. Seems pretty uncomplicated, right? Well apparently the machine was down. No worries, just refund my order then.
Apparently, the refund process is nightmarishly complicated. Spent maybe 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru for the employees to figure out how to cancel my order. Once that was done, they instructed me that I could return tomorrow and the machine would be fixed.
So, I returned the next day, same order. Same problem happened to me again. Machine was still down even after I was explicitly told it wouldn't be. I didn't even want to fight for the refund process again so I just ate the cost of those drinks. I just straight up won't be coming back anytime soon.
