While I detest the manager's apprehension of my dogs, one being a service animal and an SDIT, being left outside, I applaud her blessing of the simple meal I was looking for. Thanks for being good humans here!

This McDonald's sucks. The workers are usually always rude, the drive through is almost always exceptionally slow. They always get something wrong with your order or forget to put something in your bag.
There's never a "have a good day" from the person handing you your food, just an awkward stare as they wait for you to drive off (this has happened the multiple times I've been here). Usually the person accepting payment or giving my receipt has told me to have a good day. I don't get why their staff isn't trained on good customer service.
I came here before and heard someone yelling about how I ordered a burger with only mayo, pickles, and cheese. He was in the back yelling "why order a burger if you don't want anything on it?!" idk bro maybe because that's my taste, or I have a particular allergy to one of the other ingredients I didn't order? You work in fast food, if you don't want to make food the way someone orders it, go work somewhere else.
The Wendy's across the street has better service and much fresher food with friendlier staff. I went to this place for the last and final time just as a way to spend my points that were about to expire. As another reviewer stated, it's "like playing roulette with your food, and may the odds be ever in your favor". 0/10 place, 0/10 staff

I gave this place and awesome review recently through their receipt. A lady knowingly gave me a cracked cup. The frape was getting all over her hand and all yet she still gave it to me. She grinned at me when I walked inside. If I ever have it was never my intentions to make her dislike me, especially over a misunderstanding on my part and I didn't even raise a big fuss over. I laugh at myself for it because all I had to do was turn my cup a little more and I'd of seen it but she took it another way I see now. I smile at her every morning I see her and laugh at myself for being like umm I ordered a medium and this is a small and she said no its not its a medium I looked confused because I saw an s on my cup. She told me what that one was for and I turned the cup a little more and it was an M. Like I said a misunderstanding on my part. I'm pregnant and this was the only place to get all of my orders right and come out fresh weather it be morning, noon, or evening. The lady at the counter replaced it. Thank you but I can't stop here if people just hold grudges or are prejudice.

Fast food just isn't fast anymore. The fries are always cold, the burgers look like someone punched them, and good luck on getting what you ordered. Several times I'll be missing a burger or a wrap or a large fry but I can't bring myself to turn around and get my food back that I paid for, because its not worth it. Morning shift is much better than Day/Evening shift. Buyer beware it's like playing roulette with your food if you shop here. This review is after moving here from another city in FL and I've been going to this McDonald's on and off for about 2 and 1/2 years. Good luck may the odds ever be in your favor.

First off we had to place the order on a stupid machine instead of talking to and explaining to someone what we wanted , we were given a numbered plaque to take to our table i assumed that was for the employee that was to bring the food to the right table , NOPE !! I guess not as when the food was put on the tray it was brought to the counter and we was yelled to so i could go up and get the tray and carry it back to the table , what the plaque was for who knows as i knew where i was setting Employees talking to each other at the top of their lungs , didn't make for a good atmosphere, the food was barely warm and after fries and nuggets reach that temp the flavor and texture are GONE ! So McDonald's now have their customers do half the work of what employees used to do , and I didn't even get a tip, you would think if no one had to take the orders , pour the drinks , make sure they had napkins and condiments they would at least make sure the food was hot and fresh , Yeah its just a McDonald's but I remember when they put out fresh food , had good service and was a pleasant place to get a quick meal , Keep it up McDonald's you may kill your own business eventually
