  Was sitting in line and overheard two girls discussing men’s private areas/ genital area including discussing different sizes and many inappropriate comments. This is a very disgusting and not customer friendly behavior or conversation, many kids come through here too. Do better 7 brew.

  I rarely leave reviews but I pulled into the Publix parking lot to be sure to try the coffee before I left, after a disappointing experience. Chip on my card wasnt working, and after taking my order outside (which I could leave a whole separate review for how that went lol) kinda like Chick-fil-A does, the girl saw me take out a hundred and said oh I can't take cash you pay at the window. Ok np.. so after waiting some more the girl at the window says I can't take a 100 let me get someone. More waiting, someone else finally comes out and says we don't take anything over a 20??? Ok so as a business owner myself, at this point I would have comped my customer a frickin 5 dollar coffee that cost you next to nothing, wasted my time and just overall trash experience/service. I didn't feel like waiting another 10 mins to get coffee and I got to say I've traveled the east coast this year and this has got to be the worst coffee I've had. The girl that said we don't take over a 20 must have been a manager and just walked away knowing my card doesn't work, and the girl at the window started saying yeah it's a 5 dollar coffee after I expressed my annoyance. Like ya it is and you'll never get another 5 out of me

  I love going to seven Brew. The coffee is wonderful and I love that you don't get charged extra to mix them together or add syrup. The only downfall is when they first opened and they had the longer lines. It was faster to get through because they had the people walking around outside taking the orders and so the coffee most of the time was ready. Almost right when you got up there but now the last few times I've been they haven't had the people outside taking orders and it's taken me longer almost twice as long to get the coffee. Then it did even in the first couple of weeks that they were open. But still love the coffee and I still go there all the time. Thank you guys for coming to live Oak
