I went to the McDonald's drive through because my daughter wanted the Huntrix Meal and so wanted the Mario meal. I tried to use the app it didn't work so I went back through again. I ordered the meals and a vanilla cone and it came to $21.90 I told the young lady I would come to the counter because I needed to use the restroom.
I went to the counter and was immediately accused of not paying for the food (loudly and in front of a large customer base) After telling them I paid for the food, the young lady said she would get her manager and disappeared. The manger did not come out; instead another young lady came out with a disheveled order of food.
I asked her if it was my food and she said yes. I asked her then, I must've paid for the food and she said it was my order. The "manager" allegedly named Saniya presented herself and said that they did indeed receive my money. Then I asked her why the young lady did not present and that she was very rude.
She provided that she asked the person to ask did i pay which I told her she said "you did not pay" which I explained are two different statements and it was rude and accusatory.
They need to go back to the drawing board and revisit customer service. Also revisit accountability principles. They also did not give me the ice cream cone that I ordered and overcharged me for a Sunday.
Since this is the only one near my home and the kids like it, there is a possibility that I will revisit, but I'm hopeful to never have this encounter again and that everyone will be retrained on customer experiences.

Dining room is closed for dining at 8pm. No one there to help you. Order in kiosk or leave are the options. Lots of people in kitchen. Playing games using profanity.

Always have to pull up and wait for 10 minutes no matter what you order. Food is always cold. Manager is horrible. If you call no one answers. Emails are never responded to.
