- SHSaito HwaOct 16, 20251.0i made an online order a few minutes before arriving and by the time i was almost there it was ready, i made it inside to pick up my online order until a worker told me they didnt have it, i showed her proof of the order i had made and she just told me no and continued working. she came back and i asked her about it again before claiming that someone else had picked it up and she called over someone else to tell me that they couldn’t make it again for me and the only thing i could receive was a refund. they continued to respond rudely before ignoring me. i stayed there until they decided to make the order after 40 to 50 minutes of arguing. i have NEVER had this problem before, especially at this location. WORST TACO BELL EVER!
