Very pleasant greeter. Our order was fresh and hot, but the best part of any drive through order is, our order was correct. Oh, and although I don't drink soda's, my wife said her Sprite was good.

Food was absolute trash. Burgers didn't look or taste fully cooked. Mu daughters chicken tenders were so crunchy she could barely eat them. Tator tots had wayyyyyy to much salt. And the cherry on top the sodas were flat. I mean come on...$50 for disgusting food that went into the trash can 🤮

Lost a customer for life and I plan to tell this story to my community which is right down the street.
LONG story short. The GENERAL MANAGER who is supposed to be the person who handles customers concerns/complaints, approached my car shaking. When I asked him if he was ok, he started screaming at me to “lose my attitude”. This was seriously the very first thing out of my mouth. We had no attitude at all with any of the staff. But no one could seem to answer my question so it was offered to speak to the GM to see if I could have my question answered. Which is, “why is your app turned off at 11pm if your store does not close until 11:30”.
When I screamed at me to lose my attitude, my husband clapped back, “do not yell at my wife”. The manager told us to leave the property or he was calling the police. I wish I had filmed this. I can not stress enough that there was no other altercation. This guys came out completely unhinged, shaking and threatening us and I never even got to ask the simple question.
The interaction left us confused, scared for our own safety, and wanting to warn others about this “experience” and to stress to never go there.
I did ask for his name, he never gave it, just kept screaming he was going to call the police. We left the property and called corporate immediately. We have not heard back from them yet.
