We ordered 3 meals & all 3 were incorrect on top of a 45 minute wait time for online ordering ahead. Meal 1: Loaded Cheesy Fries - received a box of soggy plain fries. No cheese, no bacon. Just plain cold fries. Meal 2: Alice Springs Chicken - received no honey mustard, no croutons on the caesar salad, loaded mashed potatoes were ice cold in the middle. Meal 3: Steak, ordered medium rare. Steak was well done. No croutons on this Caesar salad as well. Don’t think we will ever be back

I qent to check about 40 minutes into the wait as there are over 10 open tables but was told 20 more minutes. Tried to ask the manager about the open tables but she rolled her eyes. It was 102 dollars that they decided to just keep as they fulfilled the order.

We spent over $215 only to get lots of missing food, 3 out of 5 dishes were missing their sides. One porter house steak came in with nothing at all. Quite embarrassing, to say the least! I had called The Outback and spoke to Dustin. He said he would gladly compensate by sending a gift card for $100. Never received it. That was a month ago. He took my name and address etc. I'm not holding my breath, but when you say you're going to right this massive wrong, you should do just that.😐
