I used mobile app to order after we sat down. I chose table service instead of picking up at counter option just like I do at several other McDonald’s. There were 5-6 employees hanging around at the counter but none of them brought food to us. I’ve never had this kind of issue at other McDonald’s before so it was disappointing.

Well last week I got hot cakes that's it no silverware no syrup no butter.
Went today to get a fish sandwich with extra cheese did not have anything on it
I wanted a coke and got a diet coke

Service was terrible. Staff all on phones to busy to hand out food to drive thru that was parked.
