  This place sadly has gone down hill. Not all, but most of the workers make it clear they hate their job and don’t want to be there. My drink comes out different every time. I simply asked for extra flavoring in my drink (I offered to pay for it) they simply looked in my face and said no. Like what. And then in the DRIVE THRU I didn’t tip because hello it’s a drive through. And then you scoff at me while watching the screen? I’m sadly disappointed in the Dunkin since it used to be my favourite.

  The girl at the window was a sweetheart but this review is for management of this location. 9/10 times when I come here they are rude and make it obvious they hate their job. This was the final time I’ll come to this location. As a reminder, there are Dunkin’s everywhere, if one location has better service, you won’t keep customers at your location with poor service. And the blonde manager with a perpetual look of misery is terrible. Then they ask for a tip!! Hilarious.

  This establishment has joined the silliness of requesting a tip in the drive thru. I am literally driving through, picking up my own order and you pass a machine out to me requesting a tip and then getting a snarky look when I do not give one. So basically, at this point, should we tip the cashier at 7-11, WaWa, the grocery store, Wal Mart, etc? There is no establishment where a drive thru cashier should ask for or expect a tip. People who do it do it because they feel guilted into it, fearing their drinks or food will be made incorrect if they don’t.

  Place really went downhill. Nightcrew is not trained and cannot solve the simplest of problems. Today got a hot chocolate that I couldn't even drink because it didn't have enough mix. Had a coupon for a $2 pumpkin loaf which they had but he didn't know how to ring in so he couldn't give it to me. Clearly lack of training and supervision. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is the second time in a matter of a couple months I had similar issues.

  Honestly, i loved this place before they hired only teenagers. The service is TERRIBLE, always missing an item, the employees are rude. Everytime i order they always give me my item messy as hell with cream cheese all over the wrapper, or avocado all over it. They are so lazy and cant make food right when i order avocado toast they legit put no avocado on my toast nor bacon when i payed extra.. The staff is SO UNTRAINED its genuinely horrible. Everyone at this location cannot do their job.
