I went 8n at 10am to get my lunch for the day and she informed me that if I wanted a meatball sandwich I would have to wait 30m. I told her I didn't have 30m to wait, that's why I ordered ahead on the app. She then said we'll im the only person here to which I replied you've been open for 2 hours, how do you not have meatballs yet. She tried to get me to change my mind and I refused. She then said we'll I don't care, I don't care, I really don't care. This is pretty unacceptable.
