  I went to this Taco Bell and ordered two Cantina tacos with beef. When I received my order, they gave me regular crunchy tacos instead. I let them know at the window, and another associate told me it would be an additional $3. I said that was fine. Then the manager, Carmine, came over and voided the transaction and refunded me instead of correcting the order. When I tried to explain, she said, “You’re confusing me,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I simply wanted the correct tacos and was willing to pay the difference. I also asked for my receipt but wasn’t given one and was told to wait 24 hours for the refund to hit my card. Overall, very poor customer service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this location.

  Music is too loud and gives me a headache. Can no longer order easily, you must use the kiosk, meaning you cannot ask questions and there is no human interaction. Difficult to find favorite items that I want to order. No option to get a printed receipt, you have to give your email and/or phone number to be spammed with unwanted junk offers, or get nothing and hope they don't lose your order and make you lose money. All the cool paintings and murals are gone, leaving bland, emotionless "modern" art. Do not fill the cheese dip cups you paid for all the way up, so you pay $1 for 1 swipe of sauce.

  False advertisement, I went there at 9:55 am and the personal inside signal that the place was closed in a very rude manner, in google it says it’s supposed to be open since 8:00 am and there is ways to say things. There was at least 3 people inside they could have come to the door and tell me that it was close or the reason but no they were doing faces when I try to open the door, I won’t be back to this place.

  I have never been to a worse taco bell. every single time the employees are extremely rude, the food is either wrong, missing or disgusting and their potatoes are always cold and soggy. Everything in Lehigh sucks, but this one especially.
