I called the store immediately after taking my order and asked could they make sure the wings are well well done which they said they could do.. but do not. She told me it would take 21 minutes to recook my wings but I had to keep the fries they had already cooked. Since that made no sense I asked for a full refund and the name of the Female store manager. Refused to give me the persons name but called her(the manager) who also refused to get on the phone with me. She the stated she couldn’t give me proof of a refund and I have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back when all I wanted was my food cooked correctly. This store is either racist or incompetent. So after the manager refused to give me her name and stated how she can’t recook my food because I asked for fresh fries, they then call the police on me! This stores employees are ridiculous, I have been eating Wing Stop for over 10 years in multiple states and never have I been treated so harshly at any Wing Stop location. I will be filing a grievance with the corporate office who is tracking the managers and cashiers and hopefully something changes. smh
