I can understand it’s a stressful job because my own. Children worked the drive thru at McDonalds but she clearly doesn’t want to be there nor cares about her job. I have also worked in customer service 15 yrs plus and it doesn’t matter what kind of job it is you should take pride and offer the best service possible and represent the company you work for in the best light . This is the name she gave me but she might’ve not been telling the truth because on the receipt the name that shows is Geraldo R. I will be calling corporate Monday morning. She should not be working there if she doesn’t like her job , am sure there is a a lot of people that would feel so blessed to have that position that she treats like nothing . Hopefully she can receive better training .

I asked for cheese roll ups W/ potato’s and a cheese casadia with potato’s and you guys forgot to potato’s and even put lettuce and meat on it accidentally AND a whole bunch of other stuff?!?! I don’t even know what… My boyfriend had issues with all his as well and they were not nicely put together it was just a total mess when we opened it up like you guys were just slapping stuff together. WHAT WAS GOING ON😭 I JUST WANTED MY TACO BELL N NOW I WASTED 60 BUCKS
