  We have been ordering from here for over a year. The food is hit or miss, as is the service. Because I'm never sure what type of food or service I'm going to get I've quit ordering from here. On top of everything else the drivers rarely speak English, so you can't communicate what's wrong easily. Skip it and get pizza from somewhere else.

  Stuffed crust was great, heart pizza was over cooked and tasted burnt, 5 meat had meat just in the middle .

  2.24.26 Our family loves Papa Johns and have eaten at many of them but mainly have gotten from the Lehigh location since they opened. The pizza we got last night was the grossest pizza we’ve ever gotten from anywhere. The crust was sooo thin(we did not order thin crust)and burnt on the bottom,barely any cheese.WHY?

  Count your days Papa John's. Ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pineapple pizza and got this POS with all the toppings on ONE slice. I ordered from here previously and got another horrible pizza but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Whoever is making the pizzas needs to be FIRED.

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Papa John's. On multiple occasions, my order of pizza and breadsticks has been incorrect, with the breadsticks being undercooked and the pizza not cut properly. Despite my willingness to give them another chance, the issues persisted. The most recent order had correctly cut pizza but the breadsticks were again raw and improperly prepared. The staff seemed indifferent to my complaints, and the management did not provide adequate support. I was told it would take 25 minutes to remake the breadsticks, and when I requested the pizza be remade as well, the staff member became visibly frustrated. Upon arriving home, I found the pizza to be ice cold while the breadsticks were the only warm component. Given the consistent failures, I would advise against dining here and suggest seeking alternative establishments like Domino's.
