So my food had been sitting there for a half hour. I asked why it was not set to be done at 9:00 and they had no answer for me. All they could say was well it's still hot. I asked for them to remake it and they refused. The two girls names were shaquisha and the cashier started with an F. I wanted my food to be done at 8:30 and sit on the shelf for a half hour then I would have put it in for 8:30 rather than 9:00. It's unfortunate that we finally get a decent food establishment in Lehigh and the customer service is already giving them a bad name. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but this establishment is going to lose my business. Apparently we can't have nice things in Lehigh.
