I placed an order thru grub hub at 7:11pm 11/9/25 and they waited until the driver was at the store over an hour later at 8:17pm to cancel the order due to not having the items. The items included nothing extravagant it was a strawberry ice cream dragon creature bowl and two samplers with their standard flavors in them Chocolate Mousse Royale, Jamoca® Almond Fudge, TWIX® Caramel Crunch, OREO® Cookies 'n Cream Baseball Nut®, Cookie Monster, and World Class® Chocolate - so the store waits over an hour to realize they essentially have none of their ice cream flavors in stock. Absolutely ridiculous seems more likely someone didn’t want to do their job and when the delivery driver showed up and they had to make the order they just decided to cancel it instead. Awful, first and last time I ever attempt to use the establishment.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
