- TPTy Pattison4 days ago4.0The food once received was excellent and fresh. Entered the drive through gave my order took much longer then normally expected for Arby's. Once I pulled away we were missing a sandwich checked receipt, was never Entered. Went inside to place order and there were several customers waiting for their food all frustrated on turnover time. Again waited awhile for my missing sandwich and once back to my car my meal received previously was already cold. Overall the cornbread sandwich and turkey bacon ranch were very good, just wish they had more or faster kitchen staff.

What great service was provided to make things right that wasn't their wrong! Thank you Duane and staff for following thru with great customer service. I will always be a customer at this restaurant.... Thank you.. And the food is Great... Try their chicken sandwich
