The food once received was excellent and fresh. Entered the drive through gave my order took much longer then normally expected for Arby's. Once I pulled away we were missing a sandwich checked receipt, was never Entered. Went inside to place order and there were several customers waiting for their food all frustrated on turnover time. Again waited awhile for my missing sandwich and once back to my car my meal received previously was already cold. Overall the cornbread sandwich and turkey bacon ranch were very good, just wish they had more or faster kitchen staff.

Excellent food and service. Claudia was awesome and super friendly. Nice hot food and the professionalism of Claudia was a pleasant addition to our visit. Thank you Lehigh Arby's

There was a mixup with my food order.ONLY to discover it was NOT Arbys fault. BUT.. DUANE the mgr.contacted me for a courtesy call..
What great service was provided to make things right that wasn't their wrong!
Thank you Duane and staff for following thru with great customer service.

Was very friendly, and the food was out fast and delicious. New manage, named Jennifer was amazing and made sure everything was good. I will go back there for sure.
