  We tend to go just for coffee. It's consently busy (good news for them), but many time we travel to the next Dunkin due to the wait. The staff is good & efficient, but it's a toss up if you get the friendly staff. Order ahead always ready and correct when we arrive. Inside pick-up is best.

  Going to purchase coffee and food from Dunkin’ Donuts has unfortunately become quite an unpleasant experience. I strongly encourage the company to reconsider the policy that requires customers to touch the credit card payment screen in order to select or decline a tip. For many customers, this creates an uncomfortable situation, particularly from a hygiene standpoint. The screens are often visibly covered with fingerprints and smudges from the large number of people who pass through the drive-through each morning. Asking customers to physically touch a screen that so many others have already touched does not seem to prioritize customer health or comfort. Additionally, when I have expressed discomfort with touching the screen, I have sometimes been met with pushback or an unfriendly attitude from staff. This creates an unnecessary negative interaction for both customers and employees. I believe this policy ultimately does a disservice to everyone involved. I hope Dunkin’ will consider implementing a more sanitary and customer-friendly option as soon as possible.

  Why is it that a donut place never have donuts. I asked my daughter to place an order of donuts and I went to pick them up. When I arrived they said they don't have any of the donuts we order. They only had the bagels. I told the kind young lady to cancel the order an place a refund. She said she can't do a refund unless she see a physical card. I don't have any card. My daughter place the order for me on her phone, and I zelled her the money. Why they can't just return the money to were it came from. She said she is going to hold the receipt for me until tomorrow. I told her too keep the money cause I am not coming back. So much technology for nothing. Why is it that at 2:30pm you are out of donuts if you close at 9pm. You don't want to make money? I bet I go to 7-11 and they have some. They should close this place or get it together.
