  Attention- Dylan Visited on 3.31.26 9:30pm Dylan is a star employee, above and beyond for a fast food establishment. Definitely one of the better Arby's experiences I've had.

  I ordered thru drive thru Sat 3/28. Big Cheesy Deluxe Meal for $16.49 with the deal to get a king deluxe fish sandwich both extra lettuce and sauce and a medium coke no ice and asked for it FRESH. The customer service was mediocre at best. Cashier asked me to pull up and gave me a coke WITH ICE. I was so tired-had been up 25 hours and wanted good hot food then bed. I didn't say anything about coke. Well, other worker brought food to me TWO MIN later. Was it fresh? HELL NO. Went in store to pour out drink and get the coke with no ice and asked for 2 honey mustard sauces. Food obviously was not fresh. This is the not the first time this happened but it is the first time I wrote a review. It is the next morning later. I am headed up there now to go get a refund. I am tired of this shit. I went to bed hungry. Took 2 bites of burger and cut a little of the fish sandwich...nothing was fresh. Will never go back to this location.

  Jenn was very friendly and helpful! Very clean restaurant and the food was served quickly.
