  Every time I place a to go order, they take 45 minutes. It wouldn’t be so bad if someone would come out and let us know that it’s going to be a while, but waiting with 2 kids 20 minutes passed the expected time isn’t fun. Then the food is usually cold.

  Our waitress Kimberly, is a great example of someone who is very good at their job. She was very professional, prompt with our food and attentive to our needs. Her service definitely deserves a five star and we look forward to seeing her again.

  The portahouse steak had a weird taste wondering if it wasn’t lab created.meat texture was spongy Terrible taste. Chopped steak was Horrible mushroom onion gravy disgusting. Long Johns menu has that chopped steak item listed as ROAD KILL! Stomachs were turning after meal. Porterhouse was taken off bill. Wont be back location Leesburg. Server was Awesome

  My wife and I just walked out of Outback Steakhouse in Leesburg FL. We walked in, and sat at the bar. There were numerous glasses on bar, where folks have left, but the glasses were never removed, or bar wiped. So we sat down for about 8 mins. My wife used the ladies room, and I just sat and waited. All the while, the female barmaid was at the end of the bar chatting it up with a male co-worker.. My wife returned, and we both just sat, waited, and watched them. To be honest.. they were so into each other, I don't think she even noticed we were there. So we got up & walked out. We are now having dinner and drinks at Olive Garden.. Outback.. watch your tapes, and address folks that don't want to work. Friday 4/17/26.. @ 4:25 - 4:30pm.

  I hadn’t been to outback in almost 10 yrs, so I really wanted to see if I had a bad experience or if I truly felt 10 yrs ago it was going down hill as a franchise…It used to be my dad’s favorite back in the day (90’s2000’s) and I wanted to give it another go, and I truly wish I didn’t. Ordered draft beer and the lines were dirty as the beer smelled and tasted vinegary and as a beer drinker, that is dirty lines and bacteria contamination 101! Then the salad had rotten pieces in it. The steak was overcooked (med rare and came out med well) and the baked potato had a few black spots inside. Not to mention, the kitchen was slow, and it wasn’t even busy.
