  During the day ig it’s fine but at night it’s horrible, the workers ignore everywhere in the drive through and u will be sitting there for literally 30 mins everytime

  La atención es horrible de hacen pasar a la última ventana y te dejan por 30 minutos esperando mientras atienden a otros carros, nunca me dan mi orden correcta y son muy groseros

  Went through drive thru, started eating hot n spicy Mcchicken, it had an extra weird crunch and I kept crunching until I realized that something wasn’t right. I spat out the food with pieces of the bug I just crunched up in my mouth. I turned around, now missing an appointment because it escalated. Walked in and addressed the issue with the kitchen manager Collin, whom initially said it might just be extra seasoning…..until I zoomed in on it with my phone camera and he acknowledged that it was a bug. Another manager Kristin and another regular employee overheard and came over and was yelling at me saying why would someone put a bug in my food to which I responded, I know it most likely wasn’t intentional, but maybe a bug problem that they have and it was accidentally put together without them noticing it. At this point I was not even upset about the bug, I was more humiliated by the way Kristin the manager and the other employee was yelling at me because they thought I was lying, until I also showed Kristin up close the bug, to which she said it was a personal problem that I had to miss my appointment to have to come in to address this. The entire time while I was talking to Collin and even after Collin gave me my refund, Kristin and the other employee kept laughing and disrespecting me. Kristin called the store manager and started laughing with her too. The store manager never asked to speak to me or Collin, to address any of these concerns. Collin handled the situation the best that he could and remained calm with me the entire time, even though his coworkers and Kristin the other manager was laughing and being loud in front of other guests waiting for their food in line. I did not get a single apology from anyone about the bug I ate, instead I was humiliated and belittled by Kristin the other manager and another employee that had nothing to do with the conversation I was having with the kitchen manager Collin. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life at any business, and yes it’s just a McDonald’s so maybe I shouldn’t expect a whole lot, but to treat any person the way they did, was absolutely disgusting. Not one person cussed on either side, so to not even be able to handle an upset customer that just chewed up a bug, as a manager or store manager, is absolutely no excuse!

  I ordered a McChicken and a double cheeseburger the McChicken was good but the double cheeseburger didn't have ketchup on it it had mayo instead it tasted horrible tried calling the store multiple times no answer. Very disappointed
