  Ordered a Mcdouble Meal Deal and when I got home I didn't even have the 4 piece nugget that is included in the meal. Last time I went to this McDonald's I got 3 nuggets in the meal deal instead of 4. They can't even wrap the burgers completely they're falling out of the wrappers, it's not hard to make an order and it's especially not hard to make sure everything is included in an order that someone is paying for. $15.61 spent and I only get a burger and fries to eat tonight, no nuggets. And the 4 piece nuggets alone is $4, at least give us what we're paying for. What are you guys doing in there stealing our food?

  I had a mobile order, person at the window said he couldn't see it, told me I had to pick it up inside, the person at the counter couldn't find it, told me I had to go through the drive through, then when they got the help of management, they didnt come talk to me, just ignored me after that and I had to get their attention again to finally receive my order. Everything after I showed them my app with the order I placed clearly saying it was a drive through order and the correct location of the restaurant. Felt left aside and not cared for. Never coming back. I was working so I was hoping for "fast food" and it was anything but that

  My family goes to this McDonalds fairly regularly, as it’s the only place open late in the area and we often need to eat late due to our jobs. While I’m thankful for their hours and the staff may I emphasize is most often very kind-they’ve got to get it together. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, if their management is lacking, and/or if they need new equipment. But we can expect for something to go wrong every time and without fail are disappointed in some way. Tonight I was there for a total of 30 minute, from the time I arrived to pulled out of the drive-thru. This is common. I’ve had the code from my app asked for and received and then given to the customers at the box over to be told my code wouldn’t work anymore. Have missed items. The classic ice cream machine not working and not knowing till I’ve paid. No sauce after asking for it. I could go on…just something always. Again, I don’t often blame the night shift staff. I’m sure their nights are hard enough given the circumstances. Management just needs to know there are issues and hopefully care enough to fix it.

  Hey its McDonalds. What do you expect? I will say this, this particular Mc Ds is less expensive than the one on 441 in The Villages, Fl.

  I have ordered through doordash at least 4 times. The food is freshly made (no dry patties) and the biscuits & gravy are very yummy. The one time I did have an issue with a chicken sandwich the manager went above and beyond to make it right.
