How do you give someone an attitude when your employees put stuff on their food that they're allergic to???? how do you do that how as a business do you think it's acceptable for one of your Cashiers to give a customer attitude when they come in and tell them that their food has something they're allergic on it when they specifically tell your employees in the Drive-Thru that that item should not be on my food the actual audacity of your employee to have any bit of an attitude when I am annoyed that I could possibly go into anaphylactic shock eating a goddamn sandwich is insane to me definitely thinking twice before I come back to this place again because of your crappy customer service and lack of understanding of allergies. No means no we are taught that as children. If someone says no tomatoes or no onions WHY WOULD THERE BE FRESH TOMATOES OR ONIONS ON A BURGER 🤷‍♀️🙄 The onions that were placed on my food didn't even have ketchup or mustard on them at all they look like they were literally just thrown on there moments before they wrapped the burger up

Stopped today and the service was good. We got 3 biggie bags with drinks. One drink was wrong, the other was a sweet tea which was sour and my grand couldn't drink it. The fries were overcooked and hard, the nuggets like rubber and our bacon cheeseburgers were ice cold. Would have taken it back but was going somewhere and had a time crunch. The 2 frostys were good the kids said. Won't be going back anytime soon for sure.

The manager is incredibly rude. She is rude to the workers, yelling at them and is very rude to customers. One day, I think she will make the wrong young person angry. I am an 87 year old woman who has lived here for over thirty years. This thing can’t manage anything, not even its own weight. This Wendy’s went to crap. Its name is “Michelle”. Go to the Wendy’s by the mall.

Ordered a junior baconator. No cheese, lettuce and tomato. Get home. Lots of cheese. Can't eat the burger cuz I can't have cheese. I was even asked twice what I wanted on it. I said lettuce, tomato mayonnaise, no cheese. Nobody listens anymore

We were driving thru Leesburg and stopped here for a quick bite. Not I know why Wendy's is not doing well financially. We ordered via the app to ensure there was no miscommunication. 2 double stack biggie bags and a separate large fry. Add bacon to one of the sandwiches. Pretty simple right? We left the drive thru, opened the bag and we had 2 sandwiches, neither had bacon, and both had only a single patty. We also had no large fry. And the 2 small fries and 2 4 piece chicken nuggets were obviously kept under a heat lamp for a long time. Stale as the day is long. Unfortunately I had already pulled out of the parking lot since the end of their drive thru is basically the highway. So I wasn't about to double back. Oh yeah, and this store does that annoying thing where they try to trick their metrics by making you pull up so their times look better. Why?! Just make corporate realize their expectations are not realistic. It's so frustrating to pay more for less, inaccurate, and unacceptable quality food. It's been a long time since I've been to a Wendy's and now it'll probably shut down before I give it a other shot.
