The lobby was dirty, cups on tables, trash on floor. I watched an employee take the trash out and come back in and go straight to the line and start making food. No washing hand, nothing just straight to the food. Another employee tells us it’s going to be 15-20 minutes for our food as they just received a big order and that comes first. There’s like four employees at least who can make food. I understand wanting to make the order but you should be able to take care of both in an out of the house.
