Unfortunately I ordered on the app and paid, so did not know until I got there. Of course , I was running late and needed this for my grandson's birthday supper. The man working went to the back and found the last 4, compensated me with different already baked cookies for the 5th I had paid for. He was courteous and I appreciate his effort so very much!!!

- ACAshley CreechSep 10, 20251.0I went in tonight to pick up my online order and there was only one employee working who said she didn't make my order and couldn't make my order because something was wrong with her eye, she was turning away other customers and literally walked out of the kitchen and sat down in the dining room while I was standing there. Did not offer any support or resolutions, when I asked how to get a refund she said she didn't know wait for the manager who was no where to be found and no way to get ahold of anyone I literally just got left hanging and out of $35, that was supposed mine and my kids dinner now I have no idea if I will get my money back. I ordered through the app and it now says my order was picked up and it wasn't I never got anything.

When another customer asked if there was another employee she looked at her rudely suggesting that there wasnt anyone to make anything.. She could of simply stated that they were closed at that time. Very rude. I will be calling to get a refund tomorrow since I did not receive my order.
