  Although the location did mess up the pizza, the way it was handled was beyond professional and saved the experience! CJ, Jayce and Brandon were all very apologetic and promptly remedied the issue! With a lot of businesses losing the ability to treat customers with respect that was a very enjoyable experience over all!!

  Please don't let this review be the end all be all decision maker. Give them an opportunity before ordering from another local Pizza Hut. I am posting this though bc I it is a pattern coming from same areas then it is a problem which I a sure any store manager /franchise owner or corporate would want to know some these issues can be addressed and corrected in turn will then bring about repeat biz/consistent patrons and new customers from word of mouth. First I accidently ordered from the wrong pizza hut which this one was an additional 13 min longer. So mind you what only should have been a maximum 10 min drive, not even. Ended up being a 25 min drive. Hang with me here...In addition zI ordered on a weekday and after 11 pm. When I arrived another drive thru pickup was the only action happening as it was almost 1150 pm (close at 12). I entered store. I still had to wait even though I drove 25 ish min. I inquired about a spicy marinara and person had no clue what I wa speaking of . Manager came out and overheard . He corrected and said yes. Right away the other employee wanted to rattle off how much more it woykd be. I simply just wanted to know if they had that option when ordering next time. Not a big deal. The place fell short of feeling clean. I typically order later and my regular pizza hut still seems brighter, and yes a pizza scented tho but still is refreshing to walk into even if closing up for the night. This one was dull, did not have a pizza aroma and dreary ...dull. So as long as my extra drive took me my pizza was not done. Next... upon arriving back at my friend's 25 to 30 min afterwards...my fault of course....the pizza was short the regular pizza hut flavor we all have come to love. I asked for extra sauce (sweet marinara is tasty) ....not only no extra sauce on the entire pizza....it was quite dry. I asked for the dollar upcharge crust and I pay for that bc it makes the pizza hut legendary flavor that more robust. Bc of the pizza being very very dry and bland that additional dollar uncharted was one dollar extra wasted too. Overall it was a waste of my time, calories...lol, money and flat out disappointed. And to pizza hut over all....the dollar upcharge is ridiculous for something that was original to making pizza hut ....well, Pizza Hut! I really do not give negative reviews....this would be my 2nd one ever after bring a Google user for over ...welll we are not going to advertise my age here....lol... my oldest is 23 so...... Anyway, still give this location a try a nd go from there. Hope this helps....hope you ball enjoy and that my experience was a fluke. :)

  Took it upon themselves to use MY Card to order food after calling in and placing my order over the phone. So an extra 36 dollars taken from me on top of the 40 i spent there Then had the nerve to play me like they had no clue. Do not go to this location!!!!!. Im still pissed and i better see a refund come Monday or i will be raising hell at that location
