You needed a microscope to see the 5 cheeses. And as for garlic, not even a hint of garlic flavor on the crust. I might understand the lack of cheese if you were applying 1 type, but 5 types of cheese. I should barely see the crust. I'm sorry to say it but the garlic herb crust at Hungry Howies puts this to shame. Get to work on improvements.
