- EYEmily YagualNov 13, 20251.0On a morning of work, I decided to go to McDonald’s and ordered a curbside pick up, thinking it would be convenient for me to do during my work meeting, After my meeting was over, I waited and waited for my food to come. 30 minutes has passed, and I started to see that people were going through the drive-through faster so I started getting impatient And went through the drive-through to see what was going on they had told me that their system went down and lost a bunch of orders. They gave me my order, but yet it was still incorrect after I literally gave them my phone to view what I ordered on the app. This place needs to pay attention more to what’s going on…. Like if you see a car that’s waiting in the curbside for more than 30 minutes. You should know what’s up.
