On 2/4, between 2:22 AM to 2:29 AM, after a long night of construction work, I pulled up to the drive-thru expecting to place an order. Instead, I was completely ignored. I waited at the speaker with no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to take my order. I then pulled up to the window, where multiple staff members clearly saw me. I tapped on the window to confirm if they were taking orders, and they deliberately put their heads down and acted as if I wasn’t even there. This is more than just bad service: - It’s a total misrepresentation of your claim to be open 24 hours. - It reflects extremely poorly on your staff and your company’s standards. - You have employees on the clock not working, not serving customers, and intentionally ignoring them. If you advertise 24-hour service, then customers should actually be able to receive service — not be ignored by a full crew hiding inside. I strongly suggest corporate review the overnight management and staffing at this location, because this behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful to paying customers.
