I've been using this as my main Dunkin location for the last 6 months, and only about half of the times I've gone, the drinks have been made right. You can ask for the base version of any drink at the drive thru on multiple occasions and they'll make it with different amounts of ingredients every time (as shown on the paper taped to the cup). There's no consistency. I suggest ordering through the app so there's less inconsistencies. Though, the last time I did, my iced chai latte came with a shot of espresso I didn't ask for, which ruined the drink. I ended up having to go to a different location afterward to get another one as I was on my way to an obligation. This location isn't entirely irredeemable, but pretty bad given my experiences. I'll still continue to come back here, just with managed expectations.
